該裝置采用二釜串聯配一套終止釜方式，連續進行聚合中試試驗，丁二烯催化劑的計量，輸送采用液位計和計量泵方式，為保證聚合反應平穩=重復性好，采用氮氣方式恒定反應壓力。終止釜采用液位計及氣動閥控制終止釜液位。整套裝置控制系統采用計算機程序控制，操作方便。
