該評價裝置采用一個加熱爐，二個反應器，可以同時評價兩種丙烯醛催化劑，丙烯氣體、空氣、氮氣采用質量流量計進行控制計量，液體采用電子稱和計量泵聯合計量和控制，產品經冷卻后通過壓差和氣動閥控制液位，氣相產品通過濕式流量計計量，整套裝量采用計算機自動控制和監測，能隨時打印和儲存工藝以數及數據。

    　this evaluation unit has one heating furnace and two redactors ,can evaluate tow kinds of acrolein catalyst,the propene gas ,air and nitrogen is controlled and measured by quality flowmeter ,ths liquid is controlled and measured by electronic scales and metirc pump ,the product is cooled ,and then liquid level is controlled by pressure differerntinal and air-operated valve ,gas product is measured by wet flowmeter,thewhole unit is automatically controlled and monitored by the comprter ,technological parameters and dato can be printed and stored.
